We, individuals, are nothing but an idea and this idea is conditioned in us by our parents, teachers, religion, and society. Therefore, we don't know the real form and character of us!

In our whole life our subconscious plays some games with our conscious and that illusionistic game is what we call the ’life’. We believe what we see as truth, we trust our ears to absorb the truth that is verbal. We need a touch to acknowledge the physical intimacy of another person but all these functions of the senses do process in our brain and what if the processing system go wrong or it has an error.

We always believe things that our senses feed us as the only truth but the processing of the data that the senses brought can go wrong at times. For example, A schizophrenic person can see a tree which doesn't exist. He can see the tree’s "reality" in all its beauty when the tree is not there. This happens due to the disorder of the processing elements in his mind or in the ‘conditioning pattern’ of his mind but to him, it is the reality and the truth you try to convince him on him is no ‘truth’ to him.

I still remember a sentence of Osho in some book which goes ‘There is so many diseases in you, not physical but mental. They are gathering inside you when you live a plastic life without feeling the nature and without expressing your natural feelings. You suppress all the emotions in your mind and you laugh and act outside, Do you think it will be buried in your subconscious without creating any side effects? If you think so, you are wrong then. People who were normal just like you till yesterday is now in the mental asylum. Your schizophrenia is gathering the data to explode and one day at the right time, you may go mad. So express whatever feeling you have and live a natural life and be at least sane’.

World is your idea and therefore you can design it in the way you want it. It is you who shape the world therefore you can be the god of yourself. I said you ’can be’ god because your mind’s is programmed by your parents, teachers, religion and society with their rules and restrictions. There should be much effort to break all the written programs in your software , re write right from the beginning.

The Yoke symbolizes the mind conditioning done in you by others. Once you successfully break the yoke of conditioning to which they tied you up, you can be free, forever. But it needs tremendous courage to destruct the foundation of your own thinking and create a new belief pattern which is completely designed by your own wishes, convictions and will. In that process, you may give up in the middle and can go mad. It can be both adventurous and dangerous but a life which is not tested or experimented is not a ‘life’.


When it comes to breaking this yoke,it is not the goofy liberation you imagine that you would get, through drinks, arrogance [Attitude], and denial of traditional values fed by music channels and the propaganda media. Designing yourself from beginning is destructing your existing value system completely and creating new one which is your own copy righted idea.
